I like lifting weights, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells... all of that. When it comes to cardio I try to do circuits of exercises. For example I would repeat the following 5x or until I couldn't do anything any longer:
20 walking lunges
5 push ups or 5 assisted pull ups
OR another circuit
25 squats
30 seconds of hop scotch
10 push ups
20 seconds of hop scotch
OR another example
1 min jumping rope
25 squats
1 more Example:
on elliptical/bike/treadmill
1 min intense effort
1 min low effort --- repeat about 6 times
